I received the Telecommunication Engineering and master’s degrees in information processing, communication, and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electronics and Telecommunication (SET), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Vietnam, in 2002, 2005, and 2020, respectively. From 2003 to 2021, she was a Researcher with the International Research Institute of Multimedia Information, Communication and Applications (MICA), HUST.
