Assoc. Prof. Dr. Minh Thuy Le received her Bachelor's degree (2006) and Master's degree (2008) in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), and her Ph.D. (2013) in Optics and Radio Frequency from the Grenoble Institute of Technology, France. In 2016, she conducted academic research at the mmWave Laboratory at the Nagoya Institute of Technology, Japan. From 2022 to 2023, she served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. Since 2022, she has been an Associate Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, HUST, where she currently leads the Radio Frequency Research Group. Her research interests include antennas, RF circuits, energy harvesting, wireless power transfer, smart sensors, IoT devices, and their interdisciplinary applications. Assoc. Prof. Le has authored over 100 scientific publications and holds five Vietnamese patents. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer, track chair, organizer, and TPC chair for major international journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE AP-S, ATC, ICCE, ISCIT, CAMA, and CITA. She is a former Chapter Chair of the IEEE MTT/AP-S Joint Vietnam Chapter. She is currently an Associate Editor of Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, a member of the IEEE Special Interest Group on Humanitarian Technology (IEEE SIGHT) since 2024, and a member of the IEEE Women in Microwaves (WiM) Committee since 2025.
